International orders are delivered by Ukrposhta within 2–3 weeks.

If the customer does not receive the order, the order is automatically sent to the supplier after 14 days. If, after receiving the goods, the customer wants to return it, he informs the sender about it, indicating the reason for the return. Through negotiations using the contacts specified on the site, either options for replacement, or monetary compensation, or a refund after returning the goods are agreed with the customer.
